Starbucks Copycat Egg Bites {no PUFA, more protein)
Food for your skin!
And it's not some weird greens mix or hair, skin & nail vitamin....
Around here we use real & nutrient dense foods as the foundation for healthy body, skin and hair!
I saw a copycat recipe on TikTok for Starbucks egg bites and made them as soon as I could (I can't find the original creator otherwise I'd tag them).
One thing I found fascinating was the addition of cottage cheese that gives them that fluffy moist texture + even more protein.
You'll need an Instapot and silicone egg molds (amazon). This method steams the egg bites and gives them that unique Starbucks signature texture.
You could always do a muffin tray + oven method but I heard they a come out a little dry.

From here you can add whatever you want.
I added fresh shredded cheese, jalapenos and bacon in one tray and roasted bell peppers, cheese and bacon in the other tray.
Cook on high pressure in Instapot for 10 minutes and 10 minutes natural release.
Easy peasy!
I'm in macro heaven.
Enjoy!ย
