Should you find that any of your products have arrived in a frozen state, fear not. Simply let them sit at room temperature for a few hours until they return to their usual texture and consistency. If your home tends to be chilly during the winter, and the products don’t fully thaw, a quick solution is to place them in a mug of warm water. Be mindful to keep the water level below the openings to avoid water entering the product, as this could lead to spoilage.

This method will generally restore the products to their natural state in no time. If the product is a liquid, just give it a swift shake before use, and it’s ready to be applied. Enjoy the Kossma experience!

During the hot summer months, some of our products, such as our salves and nilotica, may transition from a solid to a liquid state. While this might seem unusual, please be assured that it's completely natural and doesn't compromise the efficacy of the product. The animal fats and low PUFA oils we incorporate are heat-stable.

To avoid any potential spillage, we recommend not opening these products until they've had an opportunity to return to room temperature. If you wish to expedite this process, you can place the products in the refrigerator for a few hours. Afterward, allowing them to sit at room temperature for a similar duration will help them regain their customary consistency.
