Mabon Dew Hydration Elixir We like this combination as a gentle yet potent medicinal treatment that soothes irritation while the medicinal botanicals from the serum (such as BHA salicylic acid from white willow bark, pore-clearing pinion resin) act as a cleaning and natural disinfecting of troubled skin.
Vitamin C Serum Apply to counteract PIH from acne or any type of trauma that resulted in melanin build up.
Milky Mask Add 3-5 drops of the face oil and apply the mask for exfoliating benefits of lactic acid, combined with white willow bark found in the serum, effectively clearing dead cellular debris from inside pores, preventing clogs that cause acne.

This is by far my favorite facial oil for acne. It doesn’t cause irritation, drying, or clogged pores from the oil. It keeps my skin so clear and healthy!

Long review with backstory, meant to share with any of you who are so OVER toxic meds and junk products. I’ve been on a yearlong journey with fixing my skin barrier. Had what seemed like dermatitis, was mistakenly prescribed Metro cream and sulfur wash (made it worse, duh). Then another doc gave me a series of custom formulations supposedly for acne (which was also a wrong diagnosis, made it WAY worse and gave me actual inflammatory acne ugh). Usually skeptical of conventional doctors already, then was recommended doc #3 who finally gave me an accurate diagnosis of a rosacea outbreak. I was given an Ivermectin/Azelaic acid topical and told to simplify my care routine to just gentle cleanser and moisturizer, no actives or “acne” products whatsoever. It worked to bring down the inflammation. I normally don’t take meds for anything — so even that effective cream was more than I was comfortable with for regular use. So eventually after trying everything natural and still was having issues with redness and tiny bumps, I tried a tallow balm from another brand. It was heading in the right direction, though the consistency was pretty thick, and since it contained essential oils it may have been continuing the irritation (even with pure quality oil). Then I found KOSSMA and tried a few of the products so far. I LOVE the Sacred Skin Acne Serum (calms redness, shrinks cystic bumps within days, and feels sooo soothing and moisturizing). My skin tends towards dry, so at night I’ll layer on either the Tallow Balm or Sovereign Salve, which feels amazing and my skin is very happy in when I wake up in the morning. These have become a new staple in my routine!!

Finally!!! My skin is actually clear!
I started living naturally and eating pro-metabolic two years ago. So many aspects of my health have holistically improved since I began eating to heal my body, but I began breaking out more because of all the toxins that needed to come out of my body. I used kossma for these two years, but it was not until they created this serum that my skin drastically cleared up. It is so gentle on my very sensitive skin and truly heals without harshness. Every other acne treatment leaves you I’m with dry skin, but this serum is what my skin craves and it never dries me out. I think I noticed a difference as soon as a month into using it. JUST TRY IT!

I've been using this product for approximately 3 months, coupled with a few other Kossma's products and my skin has never felt, looked and been as healthy as it is today! Highly recommend this product especially if you are prone to acen breakouts. This has been the only product I've found to help calm my hormonal flare ups during that time of the month. Cannot say enough great things about this line of skin and body care!

This is the first non vegan skincare product I’ve tried. I’ve used it for about 2 months now and I’ve liked it during summer. I paired it with the hydrisol Malva from Kossma as well and a very pure aloe Vera gel that I’m already using cus of extra moisturizer since I cannot have too much of the hydrisol, it can irritate my skin a bit.
I’ve seen changes in my face, more even skin tone, more plump, no flakes around the nose anymore etc. but I also felt little irritation sometimes, but not always and it goes away after a while but if I had to go out right away after, my face would be a bit red which is not so pleasant, I like it but I think I like it more as an hair oil. I let it sit in wet hair 15 minutes before I use my shampoo and so on. My hair feels softer and has a beautiful shine to it and my scalp feels a bit better too.
Tho also I sometimes think it can feel greasy unless I always double cleanse before + scrub, then adding it works better but without it, no. Or maybe it’s because I’m so use to vegan products and this feels so different. Either way I feel like my face really has gotten like a lot of nutrition is the best way to describe it.
I will totally use it up and I liked the experience but I will continue to try other product and brands for non vegan skincare :)
