All Black Friday Orders Should Ship Out By December 9th
During this time of year we are extremely busy. All orders are shipped in the order they are received, and because we receive so many at once during the sale, fulfillment can take up to three weeks. Please be patient with us. Every order will ship, and you will receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way. Your order is never lost.
We are also overwhelmed with the volume of emails that come in during Black Friday. If your message is not urgent, we kindly ask that you wait until the sale ends to reach out. If your question is about shipping time, your tracking email will arrive automatically once your order ships. Please wait until after December 8th to inquire about shipping times (unless its urgent; we are always here to help).
