How do I create a subscription?

Creating a subscription for your favorite Kossma products items couldn’t be easier! When adding the item to your cart, select the option to Subscribe & Save along with your desired delivery frequency. You can also adjust your new subscription settings from within the cart itself during checkout.

To make it easy for you, we’ve added suggested, common frequencies. This will be determined from the size of the product selected and the amount of servings it contains to help keep you on track. You get to decide how often you would like to receive your order.

Please note that there is a minimum required commitment of 3 reoccurring orders with each subscription.

What are the benefits of a subscription?

Kossma subscriptions are automatic and worry free. Once created, your orders will process on the schedule you selected. Plus, you save money! Every subscription order receives a 10% discount off MSRP unless otherwise noted. From the initial order to the very last, you’re saving monies.

Going out of town and need to hold off on receiving it? We make it easy for you to adjust your subscription settings in your Account Dashboard.

How do I manage my deliveries?

Should you need to edit your subscription, all you need to do is log into your account and head to the Manage Subscriptions section to view your subscription(s) and their controls.

Need to change your shipping address or payment method? You can select from any address or payment method already saved to your account or you can add a new one. Each subscription can have its own shipping address and payment method, so you’re not limited to just one for your orders.

How will I know when my subscription order is on its way?

You can expect an order confirmation email every time an order processes. All upcoming order dates are available in your subscription profile as well. We’ll also shoot you an email as soon as your order ships so you can keep an eye on it from door to door.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged automatically on the date the order is processed.

Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between you and Kossma Beauty LLC, and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the kossma.com website is also governed by our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the kossma.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you sign up for an Kossma subscription, you accept these Terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.

Subscription Cancellation

Your Kossma subscription will continue until canceled. You may cancel or modify your Kossma subscriptions at any time by using the Cancel Subscription form or by visiting your Account Dashboard.

Other Limitations

  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse your subscription at our discretion.
  • You may not transfer or assign any Kossma subscription.
  • Kossma subscribers are not permitted to subscribe for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using their Kossma subscription.
  • Only certain products are eligible for Kossma subscriptions and are noted on the kossma.com product webpage.
  • We reserve the right to not ship you a Kossma subscription (some or all products) for one or more subscription periods as necessary, which may affect shipping rates including free shipping eligibility. We won’t charge you the subscription fee for skipped subscription period(s).

Fee and Renewal

The subscription fee is stated on the kossma.com product webpage. Applicable taxes, and normal shipping rates and rules apply to all subscriptions. We will attempt to honor your preferred shipping method of your Kossma subscription, but as necessary, we reserve the right to process your subscription order using the next most economical shipping method.

If all eligible payment methods we have on record for you are declined for payment of your subscription fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your subscription will be canceled.

If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new subscription period will vary depending on your chosen subscription. Visit your Account Dashboard and Subscription Orders to see renewal dates for your subscription.

UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR KOSSMA SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES, INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND SHIPPING FEES, USING ANY SAVED PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.

Agreement Changes

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms in accordance with the Conditions of Use. Customers with an active Kossma subscription will be notified via email at their Kossma account email address of any changes to these Terms.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your Kossma subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription fee but prior to our shipment of the subscription order, your subscription will be canceled and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription fee. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of any Kossma subscription, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

All returns of Kossma subscriptions are subject to the kossma.com Returns & Refunds Policy.
