How to use Kossma's Acne Kit
Cleansing Oil
Dispense 3-4 pumps of the cleansing oil into your hands. Gently massage the skin for 1-2 minutes giving special attention to spots with dense makeup, congestion, or blemishes. Rinse off using a wet washcloth. If a deeper cleanse is desired, follow up with Tallow Cleansing Gel.
Marshmallow Hydrosol
Pat hydrosol onto clean skin, use enough to dampen the skin for the next step (acne serum).
Acne Serum
Apply acne serum to damp skin from Marshmallow Hydrosol, massage a small amount into skin (enough to feel moisturized and refreshed but not oily - usually 1/4 dropperful)
Heal Acne
Acne results from an inflammatory response within your skin. This is your skin's immune system working overtime, trying to mend the affected areas. For acne-prone skin, it's advisable to adopt a simple skincare routine. Overloading on products can be counterproductive when the skin is already inflamed; it often benefits from a less-is-more approach. Begin with the basics, nurture the skin back to health, and then consider introducing additional products once it's fully recovered. Some supplements beneficial for acne include vitamin E, vitamin D, vitamin B complex, organs, bone broths, and a diet rich in animal-based nutrients.
