Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love Kossma's products, but if they aren't right for your skin type, we totally understand. We have an easy return policy for our customers. All purchases can be returned, minus shipping within 30 days of receipt to the original payment method.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange your order.
Once a return ticket has been issued, a return label will be sent via email. Once the return label has been issued the customer will have 14 days to get the return to the post office and processed in. Should the return not have arrived at the post office within 14 days, then the return will be no longer valid and voided.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible to pay return shipping back to us; this amount will be deducted from your refund. This is for both domestic and international orders.
In the event of an incorrect address being provided by customer, which is beyond our responsibility, and the package is delivered to the wrong address, a refund will not be processed until Kossma Beauty receives the erroneously addressed package. If the customer requests a replacement package instead of a refund, a new shipping charge will be applied and must be paid prior to dispatching the new shipment.
All returns must be of minimal to moderate use of product in order to be accepted for a return.
All digital products are not eligible for returns and refunds.
All returns will be reissued back to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
Please email us at kossma@kossma.com with your order number and the items you would like to return as well as the reason for the return.
Joe will email you return instructions. Unless items are damaged, return postage back to our Colorado facility is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All shipping charges, to and from, are nonrefundable and not included in the refund process.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items (those also used with a discount code) cannot be refunded.
