After cleansing, spray your face until damp with the hydrosol. While still damp, apply oils or serums to trap the marshmallow malva part of the hydrosol into the skin to create a deeply hydrating effect.

Sovereign Frankincense & Tallow Salve By layering the frankincense constituents in both products offered in 2 ways (hydration from the hydrosol and as an occlusive from the salve) the skin gets a well-rounded, double dose application of all the medicinal and beautifying goodies that frankincense has to offer.
The magic in Kossma hydrosols
Our hydrosols are meticulously crafted using a unique steam distillation technique that delicately extracts the potent healing properties and cellular water of plants. These hydrosols offer a stunning alternative to essential oils, which we don’t use because of their allergenic or irritating properties for certain skin types and conditions. We work closely with expert botanical distillers who carefully tend to fresh, whole plants cultivated exclusively for our use. Within two weeks of harvesting, these plants undergo steam distillation in traditional copper stills, preserving their therapeutic components. Our devotion to using fresh plants and traditional distillation methods ensures that each bottle of Kossma hydrosol captures the essence and magic of every plant.

this hydrosol paired with the tallow balm was my first introduction into kossma products and I am still reeling from how good my skin feels and looks, like *instantly*. My face has a dewy sheen to it, that catches my eye every time I pass the mirror, I really think I look happier & healthier, and the byproduct — younger. (Or rather, my age! As I am still young but don’t always look it.)

I started using a hydrosol from Kossma nearly a year ago and i havent struggles with dry skin, dry patches or anything. Its very simple and gentle and the smell is a mild herbal sort of smell.

I look forward to spraying myself every night before bed and when I wake up! Its feels very refreshing. I follow it with the tallow balm and Vitamin C serum.

Alright I’ve been putting this review off for way too long. The world needs to know how magical this product is. I had very very dry skin under my eyebrows… kinda random but that was my issue. Using this + the tallow beauty balm has completely resolved that issue for me. You really get the full effects of the hydrosol when you lock it in with something so I strongly suggest doing that if you are struggling with or skeptical of the effectiveness of this product. My eyebrows have filled in nicely since doing this and I don’t lose hairs anymore (and I think this goes without saying but no I have not grown hair on unwanted parts of my face lol.) So try it! You’ll love it!

I’ve tried four different products from Kossma, and love all of them.
I have to say I absolutely love the marshmallow hydrosol. I wash my face first with the butter cleansing oil(which is amazing, and even takes off make up) than I spray on some marshmallow hydrosol before applying my next two products that I use, which are sugar, skin squalane oil, and the sovereign salve. The hydrosol helps the next two products smooth into my skin in a beautiful way. My face always feels so fresh and clean afterwards and smooth and when I wake up in the morning, it still feels so soft and smooth. It honestly feels like going to the spa every time I wash my face. Amazing clean, toxic free products that really work!!!!
I’ve only been using them now for about four or five months, but definitely worth it and will continue to be a customer!!!
