Shipping policy
US Orders:
We’re happy to offer flat-rate shipping to make things simple for you:
- $5.00 for orders up to $50
- $6.97 for orders $51 and above
Canadian Orders:
- Flat-rate shipping is $24.97.
- We also offer carrier calculated rates with DHL and UPS.
International Orders:
- We ship to many countries using DHL, our trusted carrier.
- All international shipping rates will be calculated and added at checkout.
- Additional charges like duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or taxes (e.g., VAT in the EU) are determined by your country and are your responsibility to pay at delivery or collection. These charges are not included in your order total, and unfortunately, we have no control over them.
Please note that all international shipping charges are non-refundable. At this time, we are not using other carriers due to reliability issues.
